      They don’t always last a full eight hours. Usually 4-6 hours before I start to wane. But if I’m home, yes, I generally eat a sandwich or leftovers (which is common for me anyway). But if I’m at the library, I tend to leave and go treat myself to a lunch before heading back to the library—or a new location!
